Melanie + Efren ::San Diego, CA::

So I have been wanting to share this wedding forever!!! But since it was going to be featured in Exquisite Weddings I had to hold off until the magazine was released. I am so excited to finally share this gorgeous wedding with you all because A. I love these two and B. It was an all star cast for this wedding.

First off I want to thank Jenny and Kevin for sending these two my way. I can safely say their group of friends are ridiculously fun!!! Melanie and Efren are the kind of people you just want to hug the moment you meet them, and after spending some time with them you can see why so many people love them. Together they create one of the most kind, energetic, and genuine couples that I have had the pleasure of meeting. And their wedding was a perfect reflection of who they are….vibrant, fun, and full of love!

Let me just say the very instant I saw Melanie’s Oscar de la Renta I was in lovvvvvvvvvvve. Photos really don’t do this dress justice it is pure elegance with all of its beautiful detailing. I could not have imagined her in any other dress. And let me just gush about LaVonne with Adorations, I have never ever seen a bouquet more artistic than the one she created for Melanie, it was floral art in all of it’s definitions, heck all of the flowers were amazing and inspired. I would hands down tell any of my San Diego brides to meet with her so you can see some of her creations in person. Our day was orchestrated beautifully by coordinator extraordinaire Kerrie withPlatinum Weddings by Kerrie, trust me a good coordinator is as important to us vendors as it is to the couple!

This day flew by and before I knew it the Disco Pimps were on stage and we were hugging goodbye! It is such a sweet perk of my job to work with people that I would happily call friends in the end. Melanie and Efren you two are proof that this crazy universe sometimes creates magic and brings the right two people together.
