Hook, Line, and Sinker

I woke up the morning of Bridget and Dan’s wedding full of excitement and anticipation for the awesomeness I was about to witness. At our first meeting I heard of their plans for a beautiful “backyard wedding” in Bridget’s grandparents home in Newport and I was smitten. I love couples who incorporate who they are into their wedding rather than just filling their wedding full of magazine trends. Bridget’s super ridiculously cute short dress was the first detail I was sent during their planning process and I knew just knew it was going to be a fun day! And of course how can a day go wrong when Kerrie with Platinum Weddings by Kerrie is coordinating?! And of course Design Visage did a magnificent job with Bridget’s hair and makeup, totally retro chic!

I was tickled pink when I saw the vibrant bridesmaid dresses, and the paisley ties that adorned the groomsmen’s pink shirts. Bridget and Dan had the most spectacular sunny day in Newport with blue skies and sailboats, and a house filled to the brim with people who adore them. How can you not love these two?! Thank you both and your families for sharing your amazing day with us, it was beyond fun! Now enjoy the eye candy overload that is Bridget and Dan’s wedding!
